The job
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team of Project Engineers, Planners,
Engineers and subcontractors. Being the primary contact for our clients you will take on a leadership
role in managing and directing large-scale construction projects (€30 million+) from conception to
completion.

You will be responsible for budget, planning and contract management and for ensuring that projects
are executed safely, efficiently, and successfully.
This position demands exceptional project management expertise, technical acumen, and the ability
to lead and mentor a dynamic team of professionals.

What we expect from you

• HBO/WO education with a technical background.
• Experience in the construction of offshore platforms or similar heavy industry projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage
  employees at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with a focus on safety and compliance.
• You have good communication skills.
• You have a good command of the Dutch and English language both spoken and written.
