Join a leading company in offshore substation construction and play a key role in large-scale, sustainable offshore wind projects. As a Contracts Manager, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team of a Project Manager, Project Engineers, Planners, Engineers and subcontractors. You will be reporting directly to the Projectmanager and will be managing the contractual aspects of large-scale construction projects (€30 million+) from conception to completion.

You will be responsible for drafting and revising of project main and subcontracts, ensuring that all contracts are accurate, building and maintaining good relationships with clients and suppliers, ensure the implementation and follow-up of the contract procedures into the Project, assist in compiling Variations and resolve disputes

Who Are We Looking For?

• HBO/WO education with a technical background.
• Experience in offshore platforms or similar heavy industry projects.
• Experience with contract types like FIDIC and Logic
• The ability to use your initiative
• You have a good command of the English and Dutch language both spoken and written.
