The job
As a Production coordinator, you will work at HSM Offshore Energy to coordinate and prepare the
production of challenging steel structures for appealing projects in the field of High Voltage
Substations, Hydrogen Platforms, Gas Production/Processing Modules and Steel Jacket Foundations.
You are responsible for accurately preparing and coordinating projects from concept to
implementation. You consider technical specifications, budgets, and timelines. Drawing up schedules
and construction plans, ordering materials, monitoring of progress and supervising the production of
workshop drawings and factory outsourcing form the core of your duties.

You are an important link within our project team and work closely with engineers and project
leaders. You report to the Hoofd Bedrijfsbureau.

What we expect from you

• You have a completed HBO education or HBO working and thinking level, in mechanical
  engineering or civil engineering or you have a completed MBO education with a good dose of
  experience in the field.
• You have extensive knowledge of technical drawings and construction principles.
• You are well acquainted with applicable regulations and standards in steel construction, which
  ensures that every project meets the highest quality standards.
• You are skilled in working with relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, ERP systems).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
• You have good communication skills.
• You speak and understand Dutch and have a good command of the English language.
